Lunch
small serving of (often of grass fed) beef or chicken, celery, carrots, Daisy Cottage Cheese, small bowl of fruit, soup, sometimes lettuce type salad or home made cold slaw. raw milk or water
Supper
beef or chicken, cooked vegitables, some kind of squash, eggplant, sweet potato, or options of cauliflower, broccoli, salad or fresh celery, carrots, coldslaw, small bowl of fruit.
Green tea, water.
Occasional snack: Granny Smith Apple, Mixed Nuts (sea salted) [cashews, almonds, pecans, hazelnuts, blanched almonds] Members Mark.
Foods avoided - store milk, most grain foods including bread, breaded foods, pastas, pies, cakes, pizzas, legumes, sugar, sugar substitutes and items with sugar in it incliding pop (sodas) ice cream, most desserts. Use Stevia only. Most processed foods. Rice, Potatoes and potato products except sweet potatos.
